If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

CryptoOutsiders provides a digital platform that allows registered users to:

• Purchase cryptocurrency (ETH, USDT, USDC) using payment cards
• Receive cryptocurrency deposits via external wallet addresses
• Redeem eligible gift cards in exchange for cryptocurrency credits
• Withdraw held cryptocurrency to external wallet addresses

The Platform uses live market rates from CoinGecko and processes blockchain operations via integrated infrastructure. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party data.

To use the Platform's core features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for extended periods.

All transaction fees are disclosed clearly before confirmation. By confirming a transaction, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is processed.

Fees are subject to change. Changes will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable notice before taking effect.

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity
• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment cards or gift cards
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access without explicit permission
• Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• The value of cryptocurrency can fluctuate dramatically in short periods
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain
• Incorrect wallet addresses will result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds
• We do not provide investment advice or guarantee any returns
• Regulatory environments for cryptocurrency vary by jurisdiction and may change

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoOutsiders and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CryptoOutsiders in the 90 days preceding the claim.

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of CryptoOutsiders or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
