You only need a valid email address to get started. CryptoOutsiders is available globally. Some card payment methods may be restricted in certain regions due to local regulations, but crypto withdrawals and deposits work worldwide — you can send to or receive from any valid wallet address on the supported networks.

Bitcoin is deposit-only (no card purchases). Ethereum, USDT, and USDC can all be purchased, deposited, and withdrawn.

The minimum purchase is $10 USD. There is no hard maximum, though transactions above certain thresholds may trigger an additional manual review for security purposes. Daily purchase limits apply — see the Fees & Limits page for details.

Both credit and debit cards are accepted. Prepaid Visa cards may work but are subject to additional verification. PayPal and bank transfers are not currently supported for direct purchases.

Card purchases are credited to your internal balance instantly after payment authorization — typically within 5–15 seconds of completing the checkout flow. Your dashboard balance updates immediately; no waiting for "processing."

Not currently. BTC is available via external wallet deposit only. To acquire Bitcoin on the platform, use the Deposit page to generate a BTC deposit address, then send Bitcoin from an external wallet. Direct card-to-BTC purchases are on our roadmap.

No OTP required. Most crypto platforms redirect you to your bank's 3D Secure page and require a one-time password for every purchase. CryptoOutsiders processes card payments directly — no OTP codes, no bank redirects, no extra steps. Just enter your card details and confirm. Our proprietary risk engine handles fraud prevention behind the scenes so you get instant, seamless purchases every time.

We pull live market prices from CoinGecko, refreshed every 90 seconds. The rate displayed on the Buy page is the rate you get — no hidden spread, no slippage, no last-second price changes. The 0.5% processing fee is shown clearly in the order summary before you confirm.

The platform base fee is 0.5% of the purchase amount. For example, a $200 purchase incurs a $1.00 fee — you receive $199.00 worth of crypto at the live market rate. Some accounts may have custom fee rates set by administrators; your current fee is always shown before you confirm.

2. Select the brand of your card from the grid.
3. Enter the face value printed on the card (in USD).
4. Enter your card code and PIN.
5. Choose which cryptocurrency you'd like to receive.
6. Confirm — your crypto is credited instantly.

Yes — the platform base fee for gift card redemption is 1% of the card's face value. This is slightly higher than card purchases to cover the additional verification processing involved. The exact fee and the amount of crypto you'll receive are shown before you confirm.

All denominations from $5 to $500 per card are supported. Simply enter the exact face value printed on your card. Multiple cards of the same brand can be redeemed one at a time.

Cards can be rejected for several reasons:

• The code has already been redeemed on our platform.
• The code was entered incorrectly (check for O vs 0, I vs 1).
• The card value entered doesn't match the actual card balance.
• The card brand is not currently supported.

If your card is valid and still rejected, contact support with your transaction details and we'll investigate promptly.

Yes, as long as the remaining balance is at least $5. Simply enter the actual remaining balance (not the original face value) in the card value field. We process based on the value you declare — enter it accurately.

Go to Deposit in your dashboard, select the coin you want to receive, and click Generate Deposit Address. A unique wallet address is created for your account. Copy it (or scan the address on the receiving wallet app), send from your external wallet, and your CryptoOutsiders balance updates automatically once the blockchain confirms.

Deposit time depends on the blockchain network:

No platform minimum — the network itself sets effective minimums because very small deposits can be "dust" (worth less than the network fee to move them). Practically: send at least $5 equivalent to avoid this. Deposits are completely free on our end.

The deposit address is unique to your account and remains valid. You can send to it multiple times. The platform also saves any pending deposit address so you can pick up where you left off if you navigate away mid-deposit.

Go to Withdraw in your dashboard, select the coin and amount, enter the destination wallet address, and confirm. The exact fee is displayed before you submit. Withdrawals are reviewed and broadcast to the blockchain promptly.

Unlike every other major crypto platform, CryptoOutsiders allows you to purchase crypto with a credit or debit card without OTP (one-time password) verification and without KYC (Know Your Customer) identity checks. No photo IDs, no selfies, no waiting days for approval.

This means we take on significantly more risk than platforms that require full verification. The withdrawal fee covers:

Other platforms make you upload a passport, wait 3–7 days, and enter OTP codes for every transaction. We let you go from card to crypto in under 60 seconds. The withdrawal fee is what makes that possible.

Regular withdrawals (from card purchases or deposits) use the tiered ETH fee structure based on the USD value of the withdrawal, ranging from 0.075 ETH to 1.2 ETH.

Gift card balance withdrawals have a flat 2% fee deducted from the withdrawal amount. Gift card balance must be withdrawn in full — partial withdrawals are not available. This is shown as a separate section on the Withdraw page if you have gift card balance.

Absolutely. Your crypto balance is always available for withdrawal — there are no lock-up periods, no withdrawal freezes, and no hidden conditions. Every coin credited to your account is backed 1:1 in our reserves.

Withdrawals go through a brief admin review (usually within minutes) as an additional layer of security, then are broadcast directly to the blockchain. You can track the status in your Transaction History at any time.

Once approved, withdrawals are broadcast immediately. Arrival time is then determined by the network:

• Bitcoin: 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion
• ETH / ERC-20 tokens: 1–10 minutes

Large withdrawals may require a brief manual review which adds a short delay.

For regular withdrawals, the minimum is $1,000 USD equivalent. Gift card balance withdrawals have no minimum — you withdraw the full balance at once regardless of amount.

Withdrawals in Pending status (awaiting admin approval) can be cancelled by contacting support immediately. Once a withdrawal is broadcast to the blockchain it is irreversible — crypto transactions cannot be undone. Always double-check the destination address before confirming.

Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your registered email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. The link expires after 1 hour for security. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

No. Card numbers and CVVs are processed in real-time only. We never write raw card data to disk or database at any point. All data in transit is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption. See our Security page for a full technical breakdown.

3. We can lock your account's transactions while you investigate.

TOTP-based 2FA (like Google Authenticator or Authy) is on our near-term roadmap. For now, we recommend using a unique, strong password generated by a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden) and verifying your email address.

Gift card redemption involves additional verification steps to prevent duplicate or fraudulent codes. The 1% fee (vs 0.5% for cards) reflects this extra operational cost. All fees go toward infrastructure, development, and support — we don't have investor subsidies to absorb losses.

No. There are no monthly fees, inactivity fees, or subscription charges. The only fees are: 0.5% on card purchases, 1% on gift card redemptions, and tiered ETH fees on withdrawals (0.075–1.2 ETH based on USD value). All fees are shown before you confirm every transaction.

Crypto purchases are generally final due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency pricing. If you believe there was an error in the transaction (wrong amount credited, technical failure), contact support with the transaction ID within 24 hours and we'll investigate. Processing fees are non-refundable.
